"From the outset, we were keen to source the highest quality
ingredients in order to produce really flavoursome ale, that people
would deliberately seek out. We were lucky to find a great master
brewer (Alex Bell) to help us get the right quality levels and there
was no compromising on taste," explains John.
"We are a small specialist brewery and we are happy to keep it that way.
We brew an award-winning range of top quality handmade ales to the
highest craft brewing standards using premium ingredients and water
from our own well. For us, it's a dream come true and we are delighted
