Trees Can't Dance
“It’s amazing what you can
achieve when you live too far from anyone to hear them telling you that it
won’t work”.
And that’s really how Trees Can’t Dance began; over 4 years ago at the world’s
most northerly chilli farm. Against all conventional horticultural wisdom we
began growing chillies in the wilds of Northumberland.
Perhaps surprisingly; they grew rather well and it wasn’t long before we had to
find something to do with all our produce. Disappointed with the quality of the
chilli sauce brands available in the UK, we hit on the idea of filling a gap in
the market by producing our own sauces using homegrown ingredients.
