A lightly sparkling medium single variety cider, specially pressed, fermented and bottled from the Dabinett cider apple. A true Somerset cider apple which originated from Middle Lambrook and was discovered and grown by Mr William Dabinett. The juice is sweet with a soft, full astringency and the cider it makes is well balanced, full bodied and of vintage quality. An excellent single variety cider for the connoisseur. Overall Supreme Champion Cider at the Royal Bath & West show 2005 & 2008
